Megha Pradhan

Megha Pradhan is the Director of CLEAR South Asia. She leads CLEAR South Asia’s M&E training and technical advisory services with a range of strategic partners including Government of India’s Department of Economic Affairs and Department of Personnel and Training. She also oversees grant management for the CLEAR South Asia Centre.

Megha also serves as the Associate Director - Training at J-PAL South Asia, where she coordinates efforts to build M&E capacity and systems in the region. She leads J-PAL South Asia’s education sector and an evidence-based scale-up of an early-childhood education project in India.

Previously, Megha worked with the National Knowledge Commission, an advisory body to the Prime Minister of India, where she worked on education, agriculture, and entrepreneurship, and was involved in policy outreach with various state governments. She has also taught undergraduate courses in Economics as an Assistant Professor at University of Delhi. Megha holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and University of Maryland.
