Harini Kannan is a Research Scientist at CLEAR/J-PAL South Asia where she leads the capacity building and advisory work relating to data policies, institutional frameworks and digital systems, improving quality of administrative data, analysis and use of administrative data. She also works as a Principal Investigator on a range of educational and health projects across states in India. She has a PhD in Economics from Georgia State University.
